HOW IT WORKS ... When the call comes
in, we answer by your company name, screen the call as per your instruction
and put them on hold. We will speed dial your secondary number and ask if
you wish to accept the call or send it to voice mail. If you choose to
accept the call, the call will be transferred to your. The
caller does not hear "clicks" or transfer noises; either you come
on the line or we come back to transfer the call to your voice mail box.
